Team-Based Care

Team-Based Care at Ironwood Family Practice means that when you choose a primary care provider, you’re supported by a team of two providers. This ensures continuity of care, allowing you to see a familiar provider if your primary one is unavailable or if you need a same-day appointment, while maintaing personalized care.
