Fit and Fall Proof™ is a free exercise program designed to strengthen older adults, so they fall less.

Living with Type 2 Diabetes Program

A free program that offers participants an opportunity to learn about diabetes and diabetes management gradually over a 12-month period.

Kootenai Health – Mended Hearts Support – a support group that helps those who want to learn more about cardiac or pulmonary diseases, and also where former cardiac patients help support others with cardiac or pulmonary diseases.

NAMI Helpline – a free service that provides information, referrals and support to people living with a mental health condition, family members and caregivers, mental health providers and the public.

Alzheimer’s Association 24/7 Alzheimer’s Helpline – provides reliable information and support to all those who need assistance. This program serves people with memory loss, caregivers, healthcare professionals, and the public.

GriefShare Support Groups – helps people grieving the death of a family member or friend. Participants watch video seminars which they can reflect on individually and then come together in a group to discuss, as well as to share what is going on in their lives.

Medication Assistance Programs – medication assistance program from multiple sources.

Medicare Rights Center National Helpline – a national, nonprofit consumer service organization that works to ensure access to affordable health care for older adults and people with disabilities through counseling and advocacy, educational programs and public policy initiatives.

Durable Medical Equipment Coverage – a wide range of home medical equipment resources to help improve the quality of life for patients.

Nutrition Education – The Idaho Foodbank offers free nutrition education programs including Cooking Matters, hands on cooking, nutrition, and food budgeting.
